I should probably explain the piece from my first blog. In my illustration class we had to create a piece using face and hands. It needed to have a story or an idea behind it. That part was difficult because it didn't seem like I could come up with anything really creative. But the idea behind this piece (Goldfish Resurrection) was that when fish die and are flushed down the toliet, they're resurrected through bubbles. I'll be honest with you, I was so lost and flustered that I don't think this was a great idea. If we had more time to come up with it, it would be a lot easier and less frustration. but this is what came out of a ten minute thinking session.
