This piece I titled "Underwater Chaos". And it definitely was chaos trying to make it look good. If I could go back, I'd fix her hair and make it look more like it was underwater. This was just a practice portrait with watercolors but I have no experince doing hair with watercolor. Mayeb that should be my next step.
